Only show markers in viewport, dont list/display any outside.

Hi everyone,

Using the php api, how am I able to distinguish between the markers outside the viewport and the ones on the inside.

Ultimately I would like to only have the markers in the viewport to display information under the map that are clickable to show you which on on the map you have selected.
