New View (Cols)

This is just a quick and dirty new View for PFBC v3

Add the file to PFBC/View

the call it use (PHP5.3 method)

new PFBC\View\Cols(n);

n = number of cols

Had one little correction, I wanted to reset the row count if an HTML item was listed since I assume it's a header.
