Load TinyMCE once

Hello All,


I have two separate forms loading on a page which both have a tinyMCE in them and get a javascript error once I added in the second form to the page. 

I am trying to setup my forms so TinyMCE only loads once I have found the option on how to do this on an older version but it had depreciated. I am thinking it something along the lines of

    "prevent" => array("tinymce"),
