Yes and no.

Yes, since I don't plan new features for phpforandroid.
No, because this project provides PHP support to SL4A [1], which is
quite alive. I mean, latest phpforandroid.apk is good enough for
latest SL4A, it just works.
Besides, "free software projects never die as the source code is
there" or that's what is usually said :-)
