[Nomination][CC] Enrico Zimuel

I hereby re-nominate Enrico Zimuel for a position on the Core Committee.

Enrico is a security and cryptography expert, and a long-time open source maintainer. I had the wonderful privilege of working with him for quite some years on Zend Framework, and he now is the lead developer for the ElasticSearch PHP SDK. Moreover, he's an excellent communicator, and skilled architect.
