Membership Request: John Luxford (Elefant CMS)

Hi, my name is John Luxford (aka jbroadway) and I represent the Elefant CMS project (http://www.elefantcms.com/). I would like to request a membership, representing the Elefant project.

We've made Elefant compatible with Composer and with PSR-0-compliant libraries (we use different namespacing internally, but are looking at becoming fully compliant), and I feel that it's an important step for our project to become more involved in the wider PHP community, and that a key part of that is to be involved in the FIG process.
