PSR for email interface

Hi,

I find myself constantly switching between email libraries (mailchimp, mailgun, plain smtp, ...). And I end-up writing wrappers all the time.

I would find it pretty useful if we could come up with a standard way of describing an email object ready to be sent.

For the record there are multiple providers that does the same currently .
