Hi folks,

I would like to request membership to PHP FIG, representing Apache log4php [1].

I have been working in PHP for circa 10 years, and am currently
employed at Zagreb Stock Exchange in Croatia as lead developer.

A lot of my free time is dedicated to Apache log4php where I have been
contributing since 2010. I'm also a member of the Apache Logging
Services [2] project management committee.

Apache log4php is currently in a transitional phase and we plan to
convert it to use namespaces and implement PSR-0,1,2 as soon as time
allows.

Unfortunately, we totally managed to miss the run-up to PSR-3. We are
currently discussing possibilities of how to make log4php comply.

Best regards,
Ivan

We have talked about a "sponsorship" model in the past, in order to make sure someone is responsible for tracking the votes on a membership request. I'm happy to act as the sponsor in this case. As such:

- There are 26 members at the opening of this vote.
- 9 or more votes must be submitted to reach quorum.
- The vote ends on or about 430pm Central Standard Time, 31 Jan 2013.

I vote +1.

- pmj
