I goofed a little, unfortunately. I was supposed to post a notice before tagging it for release, but forgot to.
In any event, this is a notice that the 1.4.0 release of fig/event-dispatcher-util has been tagged and pushed. The only meaningful change is that this release now requires PHP 8.1, and includes some new safeguards to account for compound types in PHP 8.0+. There's also some minor cleanup of little consequence.
Assuming no one on the Core Committee cares, this is fine under Implicit Approval. Sorry for the out-of-order execution. I blame the various async discussions...
