[Internal] Election results

Hello everyone,

I'm happy do announce the results of the now closed elections!

For the secretary position, since the nomination was unopposed, Buster Neece gains the seat.

As per the Core Committee, I've collected all the votes; I've used OpenSTV to calculate the outcome, and I've pasted the output at the end of this email. The elected are, in order of preference:

 - Korvin Szanto

 - Enrico Zimuel
 - Chris Tankersley.

 - Massimiliano Arione
