After further refinement, the PSR-6 errata are, I think, ready again. For
formality's sake I am hereby opening another 2 week review period before
calling another vote.

The two weeks are just concluded, and no further discussion arose. The only concern raised was from Niklas Keller about the behavior with type declaration and PHP 7.2 allowing to drop that, but I think that's clarified in the discussions too.

Larry, it's up to you to push it to a vote!
