Missing meta documents?

Hi,

I just noticed that PSR-0, PSR-1 and PSR-3 do not have a meta document.
Is this intentional or just an oversight?

Those PSRs were passed before we realized that meta documents would be a good thing to have. It was only later that we adopted the spec/meta split as a thing.

Ah, thank you! I had already thought that, but was then irritated that
PSR-2 has a meta document.
But they were probably not finished in numeric order.
