Hey everyone,

Marc Alexander will be permanently taking on my role of phpBB's
representative in the PHP-FIG. He's been contributing to the project for
years and has been leading its development for a few months now.

I've sorted out a website PR for this.

Marc is a great guy for those who haven't met him and will be taking phpBB to

great places over the next few years with Nils still around at phpBB in a different

role.
