[Secretary nomination] Margaret Staples

I hereby nominate Margaret Staples for the position of Secretary.

Many of you know Margaret as @dead_lugosi on Twitter. She recently
became a developer evangelist at Twilio, and became known in the PHP
community for a series of Symfony tutorials she wrote when writing the
server-side for an RPG. She frequently advocates for accessibility
both online and IRL.

I have found Margaret to be an excellent communicator, and an even
better bridge builder. I think her combination of technical and
communication skills make her an excellent fit for the FIG Secretary
position. Please consider her for the upcoming election!
