PSR-9 & PSR-10 blog post

Hi all,

I wrote up a quick blog post about the current PSR-9/10 standards and them being pushed back up the chain to the wider PHP-FIG and I wanted to get opinions on it before I posted it:

Quick note: In paragraph 4, PSRs-9/10 haven't been approved, they've
passed entrance vote. Approved means the final vote that PSR-7 just passed.
