PSR-2 "Multi-line Arguments" Errata

The FIG have just voted in an Errata item to the Meta Doc of PSR-2 which explains that multi-line arguments should not constitute a forced spread of ALL arguments over multiple lines.

This means that any implementations of PSR-2 (such as CodeSniffer) should respect that a multi-line argument does not break Section 4.6 of PSR-2.
