Magento Import Export

Dear all,

I need to a magento plug-in which can export an existing site in magento & import it into another existing system.

It should include Groups, Customers, Categories, Products, Orders & related customer data,Shipping methods & information,
 Payment methods & configuration, Invoices & credit memos, etc...
