IP to latitude and longitude, gmap location

Dear All,

I have found the ip address of client and now i am searching
latitude and longitude by ip address but it doesn't shows my perfect
location. Right now i get the lat and lon but when i see in gmap it is
not the perfect location where i seated.

E.g. Right now i am in Alkapuri but when it search lat lon in gmap it
doesn't shows perfect location.

Has anybody have anyidea. Please clarify my problem.
