How can you get the number of messages in a queue with this package?

Hi

How can you get the number of messages in a queue with this package? So I can see in my php app how busy rabbit is going to be.

In the api on rabbitmq it seems it is on the _details object as messages: 123... etc so it is in the api

I am just not sure how to send it in the package or if to just Curl the api which seems a waste.
