Release new version of Ar-PHP library (version 2.6)

Dear Friends,

New version of Ar-PHP library has been released yesterday March 15, 2010 (version 2.6); this new release fix many problems reported during last 6 months as well as provides improvement in both performance and accurate.

We present new functionality like normalisation sub class, or even small things like arNum method has been added here and there.
Also we add data sets like Arabic countries information XML file and improved Arab cities SQLite database.

In close I would like to thank Djihed Afifi for ArNormalise sub class, Taha Zerrouki for many things especially superior tag Arabic noun algorithm, Daif Alotaibi for data used in Um-Al-Qura Hijri date correction. Thanks to anybody support this library, test it, use it and send his/her feedback to make it better.
