[Important] Cross posting among the various groups

Hello,

We have multiple lists/groups focussed on different interests. However
some of us (<cough> Aranya</cough>) post across all groups. So i propose
that we stop doing it as it annoys some of us and creates a lot of noise
in the group.
Let us setup some guidelines to help people decide which list they
should post to.

TFSC - All posts related to Software/Hardware (try to restrict it to
Free* and Open Source), Free Software Activism, etc.

BMSIT-IEEE - Only IEEE news

PhotoElectricChefs - All posts related to Free/Open Hardware

Literati - General news

These are my suggestions. Feel free to add or remove them.
Also lets fix a deadline to freeze these guidelines. How about next
Thursday (25th, September)?
