thank you so much for your support!

Unfortunately the in-app purchases go through the Google Play services.
You need to be logged in to your Google account. Does Google Play work
correctly on your TV Box device? Can you purchase other apps for example?

Alternatively you can purchase PhotoCloud on your Android phone if it
uses the same Google account as the TV Box does. The PhotoCloud purchase
is tied not to a device, but to a Google account, and thus the purchase
will unlock PhotoCloud on all devices tied to the same Google account.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message? You can simply
take a photo of your TV with your phone.

Ah, I'll need a screenshot of the error message shown when you're attempting to perform the purchase itself (the "incorrect password" or such).

Hi Stu,

after the password was accepted by Google Play, does PhotoCloud tell
you that the features are unlocked? You can see that in Settings / About
PhotoCloud, then scroll all the way to the bottom.

If the features are not unlocked, please try rebooting the TV.

If you are unable to log in into Google Play then that's something I can
not help you with unfortunately.
