Nepal 2020: Year in Pictures

Dear friends,

Phew, what a year!

To wrap up 2020, we are happy to share this curated series of visual stories by 15 talented visual storytellers based across Nepal who began documenting their communities since the early days of the pandemic. You can view their works HERE.

It has been a privilege to work with and support these 15 incredibly committed storytellers over the course of the year. They have worked really hard, battling many challenges, to tell these vital stories from the ground as we have tried to make sense of this challenging year.

Their work shall serve as an important archive to remind us where our greatest fault lines lie, and the many lessons we are yet to learn. Their work is also testimony to the individuals who go above and beyond to hold the fabric of humanity together in impossibly difficult times.
