I’ve removed the hard re-direct for http://photocampmilwaukee.org and we have the beginnings of the website for the event.  I’d like to keep this list as sort of a “behind-the-scenes” discussion for the planning, and the site as our public face.  If you’re experienced with WordPress or want to help create content for the site, let me know and I’ll set up a contributor account for you.

Additionally, I’ve created a Flickr group http://www.flickr.com/groups/959962@N25/   I figured it would help consolidate all of the imagery for PhotoCamp, whether it’s pre-event activities, or the event itself.  Plus, it gives us a good source of imagry for the main website.

One of the plans for the site that Pete got from the BarCampPhilly site is to post profiles of the folks planning on attending. You can see what they did here:

Finally, we are having a brief planning meeting at Bucketworks next Tuesday to go over the facilities cost and try to set a budget for the event.  Rachel Kenison and myself are planning on attending to discuss this with James at Bucketworks.  The timing is still up in the air right now, but if you’re interesting in attending as well, let me know via email and I’ll make sure you get an invite once we nail down the time.
