Problems with latest Windows 11 update

Friends,
I've had a couple of reports of Photini not working after the latest
Windows 11 update. (It fails to start from a command window, and doesn't
report any errors.) In both cases a workaround has been to switch from
PyQt5 / PyQt6 to PySide6. The easiest way to do this is usually to
install in a newly created virtual environment with 'pip install
photini[pyside6]'.
I don't have Windows 11 so am unable to investigate the problem for
myself. My web searches so far have failed to find anything relevant.
