Friends,

I've just released version 2025.3.0 of Photini.

The main change is that Photini now makes backup copies of its
configuration files, and will automatically use a backup if loading of
one of the files fails at startup.

You can also choose to use a backup by starting photini from the command
line with the '--restore' (or '-r') option.

Hierarchical keywords can now contain any Unicode characters, regardless
of your computer's locale settings.

As always, please let me know if you find any problems.

And now I've released version 2023.3.1, which fixes a bug in
synchronising Flickr or Ipernity photos that have "notes" (i.e. image
regions).
