export problems

Hi folks, I'm trying to transfer my dad's iphoto library to LR5.  I've downloaded and installed exiftool.  when i run phoshare, it creates all the folder tree from the library but there's no photos there. I've already made the sure the "link files" box is unchecked.. any ideas?
