Phoshare creates subfolders, which I don't want.

Quite simple.
Phoshare 1.5.1 and iPhoto 9.2.3

Phoshare creates subfolders, which I would rather be without. I'm using Hazel to sort my files, which works like a charm.

I've tried leaving "Folder Names" under Name Templates blank but that creates folders named "_1" "_2" "_3", etc.
I just want Phoshare to export all Photos from iPhoto to a folder of my choosing, and leave the sorting to me.
What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, that is not supported. Phoshare creates and manages one folder per event or album.

You could create a SmartAlbum which is effectively All Photos, and then direct Phoshare to export that album, and then it would ignore the Event structure and treat it all as a single folder. I did that by accident and didn't want it that way, but it seems like it might be exactly what you're looking for.
