Silence: means there is no movement of anything in a particular place. Generally you see while enter in room; you see a wooden plate written, “Silence please” positioned on the table or at wall. That means maintain silence at the movement, irrespective whatever activity, you are doing. Is this really silence or peace? Answer absolutely would be big NO. A fetus before taking place birth on planate has no clue about his or her mind, unaware any mental or physical feelings broadly except feelings little. Few minutes later, fetus takes form of a child and starts weeping, makes roaring around places. Thereafter, his life structure starts and the child comes into contact of worldly attractions or it can be said “carnal appetite”. This contact with single thing of world creates lot of voices in the mind for example a pebble creates many ripples in the calm water.
These voices upto certain extent are called “thinking” and after crossing certain extent is called “worry”. Thereafter, in order to fool himself or others, that person says this is a part of life or ye sab to chalta hai. This is a part of life or ye sab to chalta hai, this statement or understanding of the situation gives another way.
Considering human needs, “thinking” about things becomes inevitable, as it is to be used or necessary to do the worldly things. Nevertheless, when this thinking gets repeated a number of times, it converts thinking into “worry”. This is a trap of cob-web once it gets start, then till ending or unlimited time, it keeps human in state of chaos.
Then one needs to work on two aspects “thinking” and “worry” when you would overcome both of them, you would be able to take your state of mind into “peace” of mind.
While engaged into work, all the necessary things related to work must be carefully completed or done. Thinking in form of plan to be made before starting of work, in the course of work and after semi completion of the work. The movement, you detached from the work. A clear-cut message should go to mind that “thinking” about work needs to be stopped immediately. The rest of work would be done next time till then good bye and good luck.
“Worry” takes its birth when person gets its mind engaged into present problem or future problem or no solution available at present. It gives very heavy jerk to the thinking process of the mind. “thinking” is continuous process and solution of “worry” but what is right direction and limit of thinking is base of solution as when “thinking” gets repeated again and again, it itself becomes “worry” not the solution of worry.
The formula of solution of worry is what is right direction and limit of thinking. Thinking towards right direction and its limitation makes way for the mind to control things of the life and it eliminates every worry which emerges in the path of the life.
When human regularly stops “thinking” and worse form of thinking “worry” to a certain point of time, the mind goes in the state of peace of mind. When mind stands a long time without thought, it is called meditation. Mediation cannot occur without silence of thinking and worry.
It is a real silence. It is real peace of mind. There should be no movement of any thought/work then no thinking, when no thinking then no worry.
