build.json file in Cordova iOS CLI...? How refer it from CLI on signing

Also signing certs/signing app required twice generated if i wanted my App in both iOS and MacOS...?

1. Create a folder called Payload
2. Place the .app folder inside of that
3. Zip up the Payload folder using normal compression
4. Then rename the file with a .ipa extension

needed sign app?? p12 and provision profile, files, where to put in file structure of the Cordova CLI app...?
