Minor issues with 2.4.0 upgrade guides for Android and iOS

I was upgrading Cordova from 2.3.0 to 2.4.0 today and found 2 minor issues.

Android guide forgets to mention that one needs to remove "cordova" directory from existing project and copy it from a new android project.

iOS guide suggests to update only MainViewController.m file, but the other files (MainViewController.h and AppDelegate.h and .m) also need to be updated - otherwise one gets error related to invoke String method in AppDelegate.m#73.
