Upgrade cordova: cannot install plugins from git urls anymore

Hi, I am getting this error message when trying to install the plugin on windows.

What distro are you using?

See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-9212; looks like a known issue that has been fixed and will eventually be pushed out (or you can just install the master version now).
