I am considering building an app for iPad using phonegap.

My first concern is: after the app is built - will the employees of the company I am developing the app for be able to "get" the app (download, etc.) WHITHOUT going through apple? ie. is there a way they can download/install the app on their iPad directly?

Thanks!

Sure, if you join the enterprise program you can host the app on your webserver and people can download & install the app with just a link to a .plist file

Much appreciated!
They are good at hiding pricing on the phonegap site - I can't find out how much this would be...

Not the phonegap enterprise program, the apple enterprise program
https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/enterprise/
It's 300$ per year

Hi there!

Could you please elaborate on this: I've developed my app in Phonegap and compile my builds with it. Now that I have an .ipa file that I want to distribute, and an Apple Enterprise account, what is the next step?

Cheers,
Antoine

Don't resurrect such old threads, please.
