@mecjun,
as with anything with Cordova/Phonegap, you need to use a <a href=http://cordova.apache.org/plugins/>plugin</a>.
Currently, there are no plugins that "get" airplace mode.

Does "get" mean "detect"? What's the benefit of detecting airplane
mode? Usually you'll just want to check whether you're online or
not.

I do not know directly if airplane mode is on , but as an alternative can you look into what Network is used..

What are you actually trying to detect? That a mobile or wifi connection is available?
https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-connectivity-monitor might help you. We use a similar feature to show "you are offline" message on our app's Login page, as a hint to the user that their Login attempt will fail.

I'm not sure what this person meant with their question. When the translator used "buy", I took it to mean "aquire". This of course makes little sense. "To get and aquire" lead me to believe this person wants to use the "airplane" mode.
Yes, I believe this person is not clear on what features they want to include. I imagine the want to --maybe-- automatically turn on "airplane" mode when the device is somewhere where the device should not receive service - like in court.
