Difference in local and remote build

Hi,

I'm new to PhoneGap and just trying out all the tools when i noticed the output from the local phonegap install ios command and the remote PhoneGap Build service is different. Any ideas?

I've attached several screenshots of a basic Hello World app without any modification. I named the attachments based on the build source. PG-Install-* for local and PG-Build-* for remote.

Further tweaks on the config.xml file is also not respected by the local build.

I'm currently researching the best method to develop hybrid app. So, any suggestions will be really appreciated.
