Are there anywhere to download phonegap-0.9.5.js

I am new to phonegap. My version of phonegap is very old and have
problem in getting even the accelerometer and geolocation to launch. I
have downloaded the new version but then even build fails (when
running "ant debug"). Probably my build set up is very old as well.
Before I can learn to set up everything to use the update version, I
want to try first with a newer version of phonegap which is known to
work, eg 0.9.5 or 0.9.6.

Is it possible still to download these versions? From where?

Appreciate any help.
