How to use "cordova-plugin-menu" with Eclipse for Android app development

Hi there,

              I am unclear in how to use "cordova-plugin-menu" with Eclipse for Android app development. I don't know how to get the Native Menu Bars of Android using PhoneGap.

Looks pretty old to me (last commit 9 months ago). Doubt it has been updated for the newer PG versions?
