Open settings to activate my location services

hi,

i need in my app open settings if user have disabled the location_services i tried this code but doesn't work. 

when i try to connect i get this error:

 {"code":1,"message":"Location services are disabled."}

because i have disabled my location service in settings (for all apps)

this is what i have in my console:

AppDelegate::shouldStartLoadWithRequest: Received Unhandled URL prefs:root=LOCATION_SERVICES

anyway to have this working?
