Android tutorial - errors

Hi, i have some strange error in my project, despite i followed this
example

step by step.

My test-app is the one coming from the phonegap tutorial:

But i get these error:
1 - in the BarcodeLibrary, i have "AndroidManifest.xml" not found
2 - in my test-app i have this: The container 'Android Dependencies'
references non existing library 'C:\Users\---\workspace\BarcodeLibrary
\bin\barcodelibrary.jar'

What am I doing wrong?
