Prototype app needed, Temp reading & Bluetooth

I am not a software developer so I am looking at a easy way to make an App for Android and iOS to read temperature sensors. Will Phonegap allow me to build an app that will read up to 6 temperature sensors via Bluetooth Bee wireless module or something similar?

The easy way is to hire a developer who has experience in Bluetooth apps.
Since you are not a developer, I don't see an easy way for you to attempt this.
