Ads in the iPhone app store and your experience!

Hi, I'm about to finish a phoneGap project and my client asked me what
kind of revenue one could expect from adMob and other kind of ads in a
free application.

I have no idea what kind of revenue could be generated this way(or any
other ad network) in the iPhone, so i wanted to know if any of you had
experience on this.

I understand if you don't want to disclose this information in a
