Get a localStorage into a .asp variable?

Im setting a localStorage.setItem(persnr,'12345'); value on one page
and its working as it should.

But I wonder how can I get the value on another page from the
localStorage and put it in a .asp(classic) variable?

I don't know asp, but I supose you can post it via ajax, but asp has
to be in a internet server, phonegap doesn't support server laguajes.
