Cookie management

So,

I came across this post a while ago:

was having the same kinda issues. Is this now in the core? I can't
find a class for browser/cookie management.

For now, I just added it to my branch:

Great patch, I can't believe that was missed. I've pulled your patch
into my branch, and have issued pull requests to the other main
branches, so that should make the rounds soon.
