Looking for working cordova plugin to make json post request to api server

Hi group. Could any one point me to a tutorial on how to make json post request to api server and return the data back to javascript ?Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reply. I know how to make post request via ajax but i want a cordova/phonegap plugin to make the post request on Android device.

Why would you need that? JavaScript does this very well. What advantage do you see with a plugin?
