PhoneGap Build in Cloud and PHP Files

hi Guys, need some advice re adding php files to PhoneGap cloud iBuild to generate apps for app store, windows and playstore.  I note that PhoneGap appears to only ask for html files.  Does anyone know if PhoneGap works converting php files to uploadable binaries to all stores ?  If not what would be solution if I need to use my php files for my backend MySQL server ?

PhoneGap doesn't have a server, so it doesn't accept any server-side files.
