I tried importing it in Android Studio but it doesn't sign or align it.

I don't know if it would work for you.  I am using OS X and Android Studio.  In the build menu there is a generate signed .apk option.  That works for me.  It walks you through a dialog to create a keystone and save the .apk in the project folder.  At the end, there is an option to reveal it in the finder.  A little easier than using the CLI method.

I did it through CLI (on Windows 7) and it worked, thank you :)

I'm using Phonegap Build. Here is an old blog post I have, maybe it will give you some clues for Andriod Studio.

Builing a release version for build.phonegap.com

Debugging is done. Your forms are filled out on Google Play. All your assets are in place. So, what’s left to do so you can upload a non-debuggable version to Google?
