Food and Plant Vending Opportunity at POP Spring Celebration (May 18th)

Greetings POP community!

Our annual Spring Open House & Plant Sale is coming up on Saturday, May 18th, and we are looking for Food Vendors and a Plant Vendor (for annual plants). Last year we had around 250 attendees.

Please respond to this FORM by Sunday April 28.

We will get back to you to finalize details during the following week, by May 6th.

Vendors must have a registered business with liability insurance.

We would love to collaborate with our partners to support and amplify your work. If you are interested in vending either food or plants at the event, please let us know so we can discuss possibilities. We have limited space and will make final selections as a team. All are welcome to apply, but priority will be given to BIPOC-lead businesses from West Philly. 

NOTE: POP will have many perennial plants for sale, so we are primarily looking for a vendor of ANNUAL vegetables, herbs, and flowers.

When?

Saturday May 18th, from 10am - 1pm.

Rain date: Sunday May 19th, from 10am - 1pm.

Where?

POP Learning Orchard Woodlands,

4000 Woodland Ave, Phila 19104.

It's a wonderful family event for many of our partners and friends to come together and celebrate, and we hope you can attend whether or not you are interested in vending.
