Hello Agroforestry Accelerators!
As part of our on-line Agroforestry Accelerator training series, Permaculture Land Trust is hosting a final training session of the year with another foundational topic -- Tree Crop Nurseries with our friend Buzz Ferver.
Buzz Ferver is a living legend in the world of tree crop nurseries and nut growers in eastern North America. PLT's Andrew Faust wil guide a conversation with Buzz about his pioneering work with native fruit and nut trees at Perfect Circle Farm, the realities of running a successful tree crops nursery, and his insights about meeting future demand for agroforestry trees, seeds, scion wood and cuttings.
The Agroforestry Accelerator program is supported by a grant from the USDA Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.
