Check out POP’s spring plant sale, taking place at the POP Learning Orchard at the Woodlands on Saturday May 17 from 10am-1pm. Plants available for sale by POP will include a range of fruiting trees, shrubs, vines, and some perennial flowers and herbs.  DROP-INS ARE WELCOME, PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOT REQUIRED!

Stroll through the Learning Orchard, explore the nearly 100 trees, connect with us and the community, and peruse our edible and useful plant sale. This is a free event but donations to support POP’s ongoing programs are appreciated.

11am: Orchard Tour

12pm-1:30pm: Garden Trellis Workshop (please pre-register)

DIRECTIONS/PARKING: The entrance to the Woodlands is located at 40th St and Woodland Ave, across from the Trolley Portal. Enter at the main gates marked with the orange star and turn right at the loop road.

The entrance to the orchard is indicated by the purple star. Please park along the loop road where indicated by the orange line. Please don’t park within 20 ft of the turn in the road near the Learning Orchard gates as it may impede emergency vehicle access.

There is an ADA bathroom located at the coach house building (blue star), which will be open for the duration of the event.

POP accepts cash, credit card, Venmo, or check payment for the purchase of plants, books and t-shirts. Please be aware that a 3% processing fee may be added for electronic transaction options (credit card/Venmo).
