GCS to USB - recommendation

Hello,

I'm working on UAV plane for overlook terrain. My project is in the planning phase, still looking for hardware.

I would like to ask you for advice, I want to control plane from Notebook via waypoints (or sometimes mouse, keyboard), not from classic RC controller. Are there some kind of Tx modules which can be directly plugged to USB for sending commands to planes controller (like Quanton, FlyingF4... ).

Basically any telemetry modem should work.  RFD900, 3DR modem, XBee, etc.
